“ I’ve been searching for the best Chinese takeout in Lancaster and I think I’ve found it. I had almost given up hope of finding good chicken lo mein. I am so glad I stopped to check this place out. Just about as typical Chinese takeout as you can get as far as atmosphere. One thing stood out to me though, this is a family business! My all time favorite Lancaster Chinese takeout (China 1 in New Holland, RIP) was a family run spot. When I noticed that here I got immediately excited. The service was great. Prices were typical. Nothing on the crazy high side. They do have lots of specials on their menu which is nice if you like combos. The real winner here is the food. Tons of flavor and cooked perfectly. If you’re searching for good Chinese takeout in Lancaster like I was, you must try Golden Gate. My new go to Chinese takeout! ”
